A Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia is protected by the D.O.P., or Protected Designation of Origin. This vinegar is made by the traditional method of aging cooked grape must in casks of different types of woods for many years. This long and slow process creates an exceptional and complex addition to your meal.

The "Argento" is aged for a minimum of 18 years and has a concentrated sweet and sour taste. Excellent when served with meat, risottos and as a finish for pastas, salads and cheeses.
